January so far
January has been a quieter month in terms of orders and KEMP reads. It started off kinda strong for KEMP reads off the back of the December ‘Free Book’ promos of my first two novellas The Secret Club & The Green Job Board. The festive holidays also helped until everyone went back to work. I had thought scheduling in my third novella for its ‘5 free book promos’ on Fridays would be the best day for my third novella in the Clarendon Playmate kink series but in January it appears not to be the case.
Right now I am currently doing my final re-read of The Charity Job Board ready to be uploaded to Amazon by the 25th January and it’s release on the 31st!
I am also sewing all four stories into the book version of The Secret Club ready to hopefully publish in February. My hope is to get my final book cover back from the graphic designer, then press print for the Author proof copy which should be delivered to me before on when I return home. I am actually travelling right now, it is my children’s six week school holidays so we’ve taken this opportunity to visit family on the other side of the world. This means very little writing happening (I scheduled in a complete tools down six weeks) but I’m really looking forward to writing Rosie’s next instalment because the ideas are coming at me, especially during the middle of the night!
There is this one dark story I plan to write, I just don’t know whether it’s going to be too dark for my Clarendon Playmate Kink Series or not. I am so keen to get my teeth into it but I really do need to write in order, and that order starts with Rosie & Jame’s weekend away of reconnection and domination. Ahhh Rosie (Roxy!) I have actually missed writing about you.
Better get back to my holidays, Fish and Chips are calling to me…
